2023 Toyota Camry XSE V6 Engine, Specs

2023 Toyota Camry XSE V6 Engine, Specs – 2023 Toyota Camry have taken the top spots in the US crossover SUV market, while the 2023 Toyota Camry has fallen to third place. Although it’s no longer the best-selling midsize sedan, the Toyota Camry is still the best-priced, best-looking, and best-known vehicle in its class. Additionally, Toyota offers a 301-horsepower, 3.5-liter 6-cylinder in the higher-end models of this 9th-generation Camry. Even a TRD version of the Camry is available for individuals who want the car’s looks to match its performance capabilities. The Camry sedans provide something for everyone, but the Honda Accord, Kia K5, and Hyundai Sonata are all newer vehicles and may have more personality. It’s a sporty-looking and exciting 4-door sedan that’s pragmatist and fuel-efficient enough for everyday use, though.

Features

The lower trim levels of 2023 Toyota Camry vehicles have a decent number of standard amenities, but the higher trim levels have a lot more. As a base model, the LE comes with a remote keyless entry system with radar cruise control, a tilt and telescopic multifunction steering wheel with an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and two USB ports, as well as a standard 12V power output and dual-zone climate control. An electronic parking brake and a leather-clad steering wheel have been added to the SE model. Sport pedals made of aluminum and patterned metal trim are included, as are sports seats and a leather shifter for the TRD.Full-speed dynamic radar cruise control, wireless smartphone charging, and a three-mode selection for Eco, Normal, or Sport have been added to the XSE and XLE. On all models, Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+ (which includes a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection), auto high beams, lane-tracing assist (including steering assist), dynamic radar cruise control, and road-sign assist are included as standard safety features. In addition, a tire-pressure monitoring system and Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 are available as options. The XSE and XLE have blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic warning as standard features, but the LE and SE can have them as part of a package. Top-of-the-line models also have access to the Intelligence Clearance Sonar and Rear Cross-Traffic Braking package.

Interior And Exterior

On the 2023 Toyota Camry inside, which is modern and quirky, there is a noticeable difference in materials between the cheaper and higher versions. There are a lot of harsh plastics used in the lower trim levels, but the technology components are well put together. The XSE’s leather seats and soft-touch parts make it a more opulent option. Our favorite cabins are found in premium versions, although there’s potential for improvement in the lower ones. Compared to its competitors, the base model’s features are adequate, but the higher trims are loaded with the most advanced technology and convenience features. Ingress and egress are fine, but larger passengers in the back may have to hunch over a little more than normal because of the sloping roofline.

Engine

When you buy a 2023 Toyota Camry, you can choose between two different powertrains. Engine power and torque ratings are slightly different across the LE, SE, and XLE versions because of the different powertrain options. AWD-equipped LE and SE variants are capable of producing up to 203 horsepower and 182 lb-ft of torque. The XSE has a similar premise, although the figures are slightly different. The XSE has 206 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque in FWD mode. It has 205 horsepower and 185 lb-ft of torque in AWD form. The Accord’s base engine makes 192 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque, while the Mazda 6’s least potent engine makes 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet. The Camry’s 3.5-liter V6 produces 301 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque, which is a major improvement over the Camry’s previous 2.5-liter V4. The eight-speed automatic transmission offered on both the base engine and the more powerful V6 is intuitive and smooth, although we found the V6 to be better suited to the transmission’s ratios.
